Homemade Pasta

This past summer we bought a pasta machine at a yard sale and I have been waiting for an opportunity to use it. I decided that if I didn't use it for pasta I would use it for my polymer beads. So today I gave it an attempt. My brother Daryl made some ravoli at Christmas, so that got me in the mood as well. I wanted to make whole wheat pasta because it is much better for us, so i scoured the internet for ideas. It turned out pretty good.
1. I am not sure if this is the kneading process or the final run through before cutting.
2. Angel hair-- incidently, it looks like straw when it dries. :)

3.The angel hair and fettucini drying far from Gilly's reach.

4. This is the final product: Ravoli. Yum, it was a lot of work but with my homemade pesto it was delicious. I am not sure if I will do this again for awhile. I remember as I was making the dough that our bread machine has a pasta dough setting so that might assist next time I make this.
